I would also like to point out that the farm is owned by me and my family and is not a corporate business that keeps the record of revenues and expenses simultaneously.
As you would expect the farm was ruled by traditional ways due to that we have no exact annual income record but i ofcourse have some numbers that i keep track of which might be helpful.I would say its 90 percent correct.
Here are our past revenues:
While operating our farm we had 200 cattle (which is 50% capacity of the farm) we had approximate 2000 liters of milk obtained by 80 cow every day (25 liters per cow) and the wholeselling price of the milk was 0.4 USD.
2000 liters x 365 days x 0.4$= 292.000$ per year.
We had a goverment support of 78,125 USD per cow and 0.018 USD per liter of milk which means:
(78,125 x 80 cow) + (0.018 x 2000 liters x 365 days) = 6.250+13.140= 19.390$ per year.
We have also had a revenue from the sale of cattles which were 5 USD per kilogram an average cattle weighted around 250 kilograms and we have approximately sold 40 cattles a year which means:
40 cattle x 250 kilograms x 5 USD = 50.000 $ per year.
Total Revenues(Yearly): 361.390$
Past Yearly Expenses:
Special meat and milk feed: 60.000$
Veterinary and medicine costs: 15.000$
Labour costs: 20.000$
Fuel and electricity (partly generated by generators): 10.000$
