Pastarello is an Italian restaurant, established in Fürth since 2014, specializing in the production of fresh pasta. The pasta, sauces, dressings, desserts, and syrups for the lemonades are all handmade, using high-quality ingredients and strictly adhering to Italian culinary traditions. The menu consists of a fixed part, updated annually, and a series of daily/weekly specials that vary based on the availability of seasonal ingredients, fish, etc.

The fixed part of the menu includes 11 appetizers and side dishes, 22 pasta variations divided into vegan, vegetarian, meat, and fish categories, and 2 desserts (Tiramisu and Panna Cotta). Since 2018, the restaurant has regularly hosted themed evenings with wine tastings and 4-5 course menus. Over the years, Pastarello has established itself as one of the most appreciated venues in Fürth, as evidenced by reviews on various platforms (Google, Tripadvisor, Restaurant Guru, Yelp).

The restaurant is located at the corner of Hirschenstraße and Mathildenstraße in Fürth, two busy streets filled with shops and offices. There is a parking garage 30 meters from the venue, the pedestrian street Schwabacherstraße is 50 meters away, and the “Rathaus” U-Bahn stop, which connects Fürth to Nürnberg, is 100 meters away. Fürth is a city in northern Bavaria, Germany, in the administrative division of Middle Franconia.
It is the second-largest city in Franconia and now contiguous with the larger city of Nuremberg, the centres of the two cities being only seven km (4.3 mi) apart.

The venue consists of two rooms, a front room of 36m² and an internal room of 24m², plus a kitchen of 12m². The restaurant has two bathrooms (men/women). Since 2018, Pastarello UG obtained a license to use the house’s inner garden (40m²), and from 2024, obtained an additional authorization to have 4 tables on the two streets on which the venue faces. Overall, the capacity is 35 people indoors, 25 in the garden, and 8 at the street tables, for a total of 68 seats.

The restaurant's lease, initially signed in 2014 (when the restaurant was opened under the form of a GBR partnership), was renewed in 2019 with a ten-year duration (therefore until 2029) under Pastarello UG, a capital company with the sole shareholder Daniele Angeli. As a capital company, the transfer of the company would include all assets, including the lease contract, the license for alcohol sales, the license to use the garden, the license for the 4 street tables, as well as all tables, equipment, and the website www.pastarello.com.
The lease, valid until 2029, includes annual rent increases of 2%. .


The restaurant is open on Monday from 17:00 to 22:00, and from Wednesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 22:00. The current staff consists of 5 people: a full-time cook, a part-time assistant cook, a part-time waitress, and two mini-job waitresses. It is an excellent team, prepared, competent, and able to efficiently meet all customer needs. The current owner, Daniele Angeli, is available, if necessary, to continue collaborating with the restaurant for coordination activities, event organization, menu creation, and training of cooks and service staff.
