A legendary, newly remodeled 1969 VW bus converted into a crowds favorite food truck.
The food truck is fully equipped and comes with:

industrial cooler for beverages and prepped food
stainless steel interior (as per department of health regulations)
2 burner flat-top

We have remodeled a classic 1969 VW van to function as a Thai cuisine restaurant (with a catchy name Tama Thai).Farmers markets are popping up and booming in Costa Rica, so we used an all-time-favorite van to create and eye catching and attractive food truck that will stand out in any occasion. From well though interior design that fits best the functionality for the chef, to the well defined, fans approved recipes, to the inviting food truck design we have created a place-to- go for a long needed Thai to go food. The recipes were designed by a foreign chef that flew in just for consulting the development of the truck and recipes itself. He has years of experience as a Thai chef, and this shows.
Of course, upon purchase you will receive the know how and recipe of our signature dishes:
Tama Thai Classic (fresh vegetables with noodles)
Beef noodles with Thai basil
We will include all of supplier information and our position on the famous Tamarindo Night market (we have a TOP position on this well attended and busy market). We have become a crowd favorite on the night market, with both locals and tourists alike. With the current recipes there are numerous expansion opportunities.
We also include list of events where we participated and events where you could participate if you want to expand , P&L calculation per item and calculated example for a preparation for one market and of course logos that you can use for your marketing purposes.
