50% part-sale of a German wind energy company, divided in three different wind farms - held in a German limited (GmbH) with a total nominal share value of the wind farms of EUR 1,500,000.
The market value of the shares is approximately more than EUR 3,000,000, as the three wind farms have all been repowered and will receive guaranteed EEG remuneration for a further 20 years. The calculated return on the wind farms is greater than 350% per euro nominal value over the term of 20 years.
Example: With a payout of 20% in one year, EUR 300,000 flows in. This type of investment in German wind energy is no longer available on the market.
The sale here is at nominal value, means for 50% of EUR 1,500,000, which is EUR 750,000. I am always open to tax optimization and may have suitable tips for this.
The first new payments from the wind farms are expected in 2025 (when the wind turbines will have been in operation for approx. 1 year).
Deal will be a share deal.
