Our company, Szerelvénybolt Kft. was established on August 30, 1993. Our main activity is the retail and wholesale trade of manufactured goods and the distribution of building engineering products. On April 10, 2015, we acquired a holding in WYW Block Zrt., and in August 2018, we took over the manufacturing and distribution rights, along with the licenses required by the applicable legislation.
We intend to sell our building materials manufacturing business prior to entering the foreign market, due to generational change.
Szerelvénybolt LTD. produces polystyrene concrete construction materials, steel and lumber structures under the WYW BLOCK brand name and supports their application in most fields of the construction industry (construction of residential, industry, agricultural and community buildings, schools, hospitals, etc.). We have our own patented construction technology and system under LÖGLEN brand name. The patent is protected in numerous countries of the World (e.g.: EU, USA, China and Russia). Several buildings have been built with this construction technology and with decades of experience a complex knowledge base has been developed which includes the know-how related to planning, production and construction.
Along with the production we are continuously working on developing new products. LÖGLEN construction technology combines polystyrene concrete with steel or lumber load-bearing structures. Polystyrene concrete is applied in the structure in panel and bulk, poured form. The polystyrene concrete and the frame structure create a homogeneous structure without thermal bridges and its durability is minimum 50 years.
Our WYW BLOCK construction technology and system, with the WYW BLOCK „brick” masonry unit as its basic component, is suitable for building two story family homes and the frame filling walls of framed buildings. Also it enables faster construction compared to traditional technologies. Walls composed of these masonry units have excellent insulating capabilities and fire safety standards, required insulating values can be achieved without further, subsequent insulation, which saves time and money.

1. Advantages in manufacturing
The production of lightweight concrete requires less energy than the conventional brick.
This is because lightweight concrete can be produced using newly manufactured EPS beads or recycled EPS chips as well. The mixing of lightweight concrete components (EPS, cement, water, special additives) requires significantly less energy than the production of other conventional building blocks.There are advantages during transport, building and construction advantages, waste management and recycling.
The energy efficiency and health effects of lightweight concrete buildings
A considerable amount of energy can be saved when using buildings made of lightweight concrete products, since these buildings can achieve an AA energy efficiency rating without any extra thermal insulation. The heating period becomes shorter, and less cooling will be needed on warm summer days to achieve the optimal temperature.
