Sleeps 1-2 per room with a total of 30 rooms. The shared bath & showers’ with 10 showers, 8 toilets, 12 sinks, lockers, are designed to provide a maximum of privacy and security for guests. The building is 248’ in length. Each room is 10’x12’. The corner units are connected, a great feature for the family. The dormitory on the west side of the road and could easily be converted to a separate business from the main resort. Currently there is no property on the north side of the island catering to the backpacker and hostel traveler markets. Plenty of space to add a road side restaurant and bar for guests.
